We at Tsunami (www.tsunami.co.in) take pride in calling ourselves fully equipped to handle customer complaints and redressing them at the earliest. We have different warranty T&C for our different products. To claim product warranty, the customer needs to lodge a complaint with our customer support team by Calling or via WhatsApp on our below customer care contact.

The customer is expected to send the product for inspection at our warehouse in Mumbai and only after full inspection, the report is generated on the product. We only cover Manufacturing defects under warranty.
Customer is expected to follow all instructions mentioned on the product packages and website and should make sure that no warnings are neglected while using our products. Failing to heed any warnings can null or void your warranty of the product. If its found that the product is not working due to physical damage, water damage or any damage caused due to ignoring of warnings, we reserve full right to reject warranty claims. In such cases, we offer customers a highly discounted replacement price, incase if the customer feels the need of replacement.
